Matt Fei
Matt Fei is a senior product leader focused on AI, data platforms, and enterprise workflow transformation. He has led product initiatives across Apple Siri, Amazon marketplace and operations teams, healthcare consulting engagements, and enterprise data-platform services.
At Fei Business Advisory, Matt helps clients identify high-value AI opportunities, define product strategy, align stakeholders, and guide execution from concept through launch. His work spans zero-to-one product launches, AI/ML-enabled user experiences, workflow automation, enterprise data products, and regulated-environment delivery.
Previously, Matt held product and leadership roles at Apple, Amazon, NYSHEX, and Worldwide Technology. His experience includes AI-assisted healthcare workflows, LLM-powered contract review, Siri user-facing features, marketplace operations, catalog and recommendation systems, and enterprise data-platform strategy.
Matt holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business and has professional experience across technology, finance, commercial real estate, and operations.
Moe Ali
Moe Ali brings a cross-functional background in finance, e-commerce, brand activation, and digital growth. He began his career at JP Morgan, where he led North America credit work before moving into technology-enabled commerce after earning his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.
Moe later joined Amazon’s Beauty and Grooming business and went on to lead digital marketing initiatives for athletics, including go-to-market strategy for major footwear and apparel brands. He has also worked across fashion, consumer brands, and social commerce, with experience spanning G-III, DKNY, Karl Lagerfeld, Vilebrequin, and TikTok.

Dima Bezzubenkov
Dima Bezzubenkov leads engineering execution for Fei Business Advisory engagements. As the founder of Dev Team Inc., he built a software consultancy focused on reducing the risks of outsourced development through aligned incentives, transparent delivery, and senior technical ownership.
Dima has led the creation of web, mobile, blockchain, analytics, and machine-learning-enabled products across healthcare, insurance, logistics, and other industries. He brings the engineering depth required to move from product strategy to working software.
